  • Avocado
  • Microgreen Pea Shoots
  • Coconut water
  • Frozen pineapple
  • Orange juice
  • Microgreen broccoli or kale
  • Agave nectar (or other natural sweetener)
  • Fresh mint
  • Ice

This smoothie recipe is really easy to make, just blend all the ingredients together!

  • 1/4 small avocado
  • 1/2 cup coconut water
  • 1/2 cup pineapple (frozen)
  • 1/3 cup orange juice
  • 1/2 cup microgreen pea shoots
  • 1/3 cup microgreen broccoli or kale
  • 1 tablespoon agave nectar or preferred sweetener
  • 6 mint (fresh)
  • 1/4 cup ice


  1. Cold press the oranges to make the orange juice ingredient
  2. Peel and deseed the avocado
  3. Add all of the ingredients to a high-speed blender and blend until smooth, about 1 minute

Pour in a glass and enjoy a refreshing and healthy smoothie.
